Mindset coaches are dedicated to reframing an individual's mindset, allowing them to be the very best version of themselves and unlock their peak potential. Mindset coaches help clients learn emotion regulation to deal with stressful events, empower them to employ more adaptive ways of thinking about their present situation, and encourage positive habit change.

What to Expect

Traditional life coaching focuses on strategies to help you reach specific goals and dreams, whereas mindset coaching focuses on our inner thoughts, self beliefs, and behavioral patterns.

 

Belinda uses both of these skills to take you from where you are today both mentally and emotionally to get you to where you desire to be tomorrow. 

 

All sessions are confidential and done virtually via Zoom or phone to ensure you are in comfortable and favorable surroundings.
